Acceptable use

To keep AllKindsOfConverters fast and free for everyone, this policy describes how you may and may not use the platform.

You may

• Use the converters and educational content for personal, professional and classroom purposes.
• Link to any public page on the site.
• Quote short excerpts of explanatory text with attribution.

You must not

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation or third-party right.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download the Service or its underlying data.
• Bypass rate limits, access controls or content protections.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source from delivered assets, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts that place excessive load on the platform.
• Misrepresent the source, authorship or accuracy of our content.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Automated access

We do not currently offer a public API. Reasonable, well-behaved access by search-engine crawlers and accessibility agents is welcome subject to robots.txt. Anyone with a legitimate need for programmatic access should contact us.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, block or terminate access in response to violations of this policy at our sole discretion and without notice. Egregious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities or upstream providers.

Limitation of liability

Protected parties

In this clause, “Protected Parties” means Relationale LLC, its founder Keiron Brown, AllKindsOfConverters.com, and each of their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors and assigns.

Service provided “as is”

The Service, including all converters, formulas, calculators, educational content and AI-assisted explanations, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Protected Parties expressly disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and quiet enjoyment.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Protected Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities or substitute services, arising out of or relating to:

• Conversion results, formulas, calculators, charts or worked examples.
• Educational materials, AI-generated explanations or third-party references.
• Any reliance placed on calculations or information published on the Service.
• Currency, market or other time-varying data displayed on the Service.
• Any interruption, error, defect, delay or transmission failure.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

Aggregate cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Protected Parties arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Essential basis

You acknowledge that the limitations above are an essential basis of the bargain between you and Relationale LLC and that the Service would not be provided to you without them.

Jurisdictional exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and the other provisions of this clause remain in force.

Indemnification

This clause describes your obligation to defend and indemnify the parties that operate AllKindsOfConverters. It supplements, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Use.

Protected parties

Your obligation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other policy referenced from the Trust & Governance Center.
• Your reliance on conversion results, formulas, calculators, charts or educational content in a manner contrary to the published disclaimers.
• Your violation of any law, regulation or third-party right (including intellectual-property, privacy and publicity rights).
• Any content you submit to us, including reports, corrections or correspondence.

Defense and cooperation

The Protected Parties may, at their option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with the Protected Parties' defense of these claims. You will not settle any matter without the prior written consent of the Protected Parties.

Survival

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of the Service.

Dispute resolution

This page describes how disputes regarding the Service are resolved. It supplements, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Use.

Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact Relationale LLC at support@allkindsofconverters.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Venue

Subject to the binding arbitration clause below where applicable, you and Relationale LLC agree that the exclusive venue for any judicial proceeding shall be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Binding arbitration (US users)

If you are a resident of the United States, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual-property rights.

Class-action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Relationale LLC each agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding.

Exceptions and statutory rights

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where such laws conflict with this section, those laws prevail to the minimum extent required.

Time limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it will be permanently barred.
