Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact Relationale LLC at legal@allkindsofconverters.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Venue

Subject to the binding arbitration clause below where applicable, you and Relationale LLC agree that the exclusive venue for any judicial proceeding shall be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Binding arbitration (US users)

If you are a resident of the United States, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual-property rights.

Class-action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Relationale LLC each agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding.

Exceptions and statutory rights

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where such laws conflict with this section, those laws prevail to the minimum extent required.

Time limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it will be permanently barred.
